I have GOT to get back to meal planning. Now that we are at my parents house it seems extra chaotic around dinner time. There have been numerous 4:00 "oh shoot, what are we having for dinner" converstations. It just doesn't work with my mom getting home from work at 5:20ish, trying to get the kids fed, bathed, and ready for bed. Especially the nights that we Skype with hubs before 7:00pm. Crazy.
So, here's to meal planning and getting back on track with eating better. I realize that it is mid-week, but heck, a half of a meal plan is better than no meal plan at all, eh? I just got to the grocery store and Costco today so it's a good day to start with a somewhat full fridge. What day is today anyways?
Friday-Order a pizza
Saturday-1st birthday party for a friend's daughter. Eating there.
